Kimchi Toastie – only the best toastie ever

Ingredients

Sourdough bread | 8 generous slices
Matured Cheese (or any cheese you choose) | 4-8 good slices
Kimchi | 1.5 - 2 cups
Cultured Butter – 4 tablespoons
Kewpie or Whole egg mayo

Directions

  1. This is so very simple and incredibly tasty – one will never be enough!

  2. Are you a butter both sides toastie player? I am, so butter up, add your cheese and your kimchi then toast away, sandwhich press or frypan. Toast til golden and cheese is oozing, on a tough day I add a fried egg, sort of like a croque madam but not…

  3. Don’t forget your side of Kewpie!

  4. Repeat.
